Latest prayer points - March 2006

Urgent staff need. Our German missionary nurse, Myriam, leaves in May and we have no immediate replacement. We only have one other full time missionary nurse and one part-time. One of our 3 Malagasy nurses has left for a government post, and another (our head nurse) is on a year's course in the capital. We urgently need another French-speaking nurse.
Feon'ny Vaovao Mahafaly (Voice of the Gospel) is the name of our planned FM local radio station. The application to open this station is with the government. Friends have offered a 500Watt transmitter and an antenna. We need special wisdom for the antenna - a 30 metre mast will cost about ?10,000 and we are not sure if this is the way we should go, or try some simpler method. We hope to reach many villages in the area with daily gospel broadcasts and health education etc.
School of Nursing. We are about to send out information to recruit applicants for entry in October 2006. John and Mair Pugh (UK) and Estelle Ropp (France) are the staff. Please pray that we will select the right students who will be committed Christians.
